How does Beecasts connect to WhatsApp?
You link a WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, the same way you link WhatsApp Web. Beecasts works through that linked device, not through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Is Beecasts the official WhatsApp API?
- Beecasts is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
- It is not the official WhatsApp Business API, so there is no verified badge and no Meta-approved templates.
- WhatsApp can still restrict any number. Our safeguards lower the risk but cannot remove it.

How do messages and webhooks behave?
Every message carries a state and, when it fails, a reason. Failed messages are not resent automatically, so you retry them from the console or the API. Webhooks are signed and retried with growing waits, up to 8 attempts, and every attempt is in the delivery log.
